We Ain’t Friends, we make books. This project was started as a collaboration between Colleen Mckeown & Christopher Postill in the Spring of 2010. The plan was to create a graphic novel together. In pursuing that plan, we travelled halfway across the country in a car together and realized that we had lots of other ideas we wanted to pursue in the medium of graphic novels/comics. We created a nook of the internet in order to self-publish our stories and reach people who might like to read them.

Why are we called “We Ain’t Friends”? We originally met for an online date, it went well, Colleen drank 2 beers and Chris drank 4 beers. He talked about his mom a lot. Instead of going on more dates, we decided to become mortal enemies and take our eternal battle to the page. We meet on Tuesdays and eat 2 for 1 falafels. Colleen Mckeown

Colleen is an artist & illustrator. She makes drawings, books, crafts and also loads of cash as a hired gun. She likes things that sissy pansies like. She is the graphic novel nerd who originated this idea. You can check out her personal blog here.
